We NOW take credit cards over the phone and on our Online Form as well as paypal, checks or Money Orders. (Canadian and overseas residents - we will happily ship overseas to to Canada for you. However, please remember that postage rates have taken a great increase lately. Please e-mail for exact postal rates on your packages!)
Book Postage is $4.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Stickers and article reprints include postage, so books are the only postage you have to figure. (The cost of shipping is included in the clipart price, and postage is listed for each of the gift items). PRIORITY MAIL IS $5.00 so ask about priority for shipping.
IF YOU WISH YOUR BOOKS SENT UPS - YOU MUST SEND THE REGULAR POSTAGE AMOUNT (as above) PLUS and additional $4.00 extra. (Example, Def Donkey is one pound and is $8 shipping cost via UPS). Clearly indicate you wish UPS shipment on your order. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box, so be sure to include a regular mailing address that UPS will be able to deliver to. Please make sure your phone number is included on the order as UPS frequently requests this for tracking purposes. We cannot ship out of the USA without a phone number.

WE WILL NOW ACCEPT A PAYMENT through PAYPAL for online orders. Just send us an email with your order, pay though paypal with your credit card (or you can set up with them for direct withdrawal from the funds of your choice through their secure site) and they will send us a notification that you have made a payment.
BE SURE THAT YOUR MAILING INFORMATION SHOWS IN YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT. Some "verified Buyer" info does not automatically show up now that paypal has changed the options for payment. Be sure to use "goods", and please use lovelongears@hotmail.com as "pay to".

If you need a rush delivery, you may request Priority Mail ($5.00 first item, $2.00 each additional) and arrange by phone or e-mail to have your item shipped. These orders will be shipped with a billing invoice. Please be sure to give your full name and entire postal mailing address, as well as your phone number, when requesting a phone or e-mail order.
INTERNATIONAL/CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Please be sure your bank drafts or money orders are in US Funds (Writing US Funds on a Canadian check or bank draft does not fit bank regulations). Your account must state imprinted on the check US FUNDS (some are drawn off of US banks). For Canada and many other countries, postal money orders are very convenient. Some overseas customers prefer to send US cash. If that is the easiest way for you, and you are willing to accept a small risk, we will accept the cash. Or you may use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.
If you wish books sent Airmail or UPS, it may as much as double the cost of the order! We can weigh and fax or e-mail the postage cost if you want to find out before you specify how you want the books sent.

OUR ORDERS ARE USUALLY FILLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THEM. BOOK RATE TAKES ABOUT 10-14 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED INSIDE THE US, ABOUT 14-21 DAYS TO CANADA. SMALL PACKET RATE (SLOW BOAT!) OVERSEAS TAKES ABOUT 6-8 WEEKS.
IF YOU ARE MISSING AN ORDER OR PART OF AN ORDER, PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR FULL NAME, ITEMS ORDERED, AND HOW YOU ORDERED IT (mail, e-mail, phone, etc) SO WE MAY CONSULT OUR RECORDS.
In addition, if you paid by check but have not received an order, please take a moment to check with your bank to see if your check has cleared and the date it was processed.
